Your pregnant body

You may be feeling queasy and exhausted, but your skin may be telling a different story. The hormones racing around your body can make your skin much softer and increased blood flow may give you more colour in your face. But it’s not all joy – the increase in hormones can also give you pimples and even acne!

Help to quell any spot outbreak by drinking plenty of water and cutting down any fat in your diet. Talk to your doctor before you use any over-the-counter spot creams, to make sure the ingredients are safe during pregnancy.

Now see what you should be doing this week…
