Parsnip and pea puree
Suitable from 4 months. Makes four to five servings.

Ingredients
100g frozen peas
1whole medium parsnip
Method
Peel the parsnip, cut into chunks and boil for 10-15 minutes, until soft.
Add the peas, bring back to the boil and cook for a further five minutes.
Drain, reserving some of the cooking water, and blend to the required consistency, adding some of the reserved water if necessary.
Hints and tips
Pass the puree through a sieve using a wooden spoon to remove pea skins, if required.
Suitable for freezing.
