Peach pudding

Method

1. Drain the peaches and place in a jug with the milk and rice.
2. Use a stick blender to blend the peaches to form a smooth, lump free puree.
3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Hints and tips

1. Egg free, gluten free and vegetarian.

2. In the first few weeks of weaning, aim for a runny texture similar to single cream.
