Pork and green beans

Ingredients
100g lean and tender pork or pork mince, cut into 1cm pieces
100g potato, peeled and diced
100g carrot, peeled and diced
75g green been, trimmed and sliced
1 pinch sage, (dried)
300ml water
Method
Put the pork, potato and carrot and sage into a pan with the water.
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the beans and cook for another 10 minutes until all the vegetables are cooked through.
Mash to your desired consistency.
