Ingredients

  • 8 Eating apples
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method

  • STEP 1

    Peel and core 6 - 8 of the apples, and chop into small, even chunks. Place in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil.

  • STEP 2

    Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, until soft.

  • STEP 3

    Drain and puree to the desired consistency, adding the spices.

  • STEP 4

    Delicious served with yoghurt or cereal for older babies
