Ingredients

  • 300g Summer fruits (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, fresh or frozen)
  • 3tbsp Greek yoghurt per portion

Method

  • STEP 1

    Place fruit into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until it looks soft and gooey (around 8-10 minutes, or a little longer for frozen berries)

  • STEP 2

    Place 2 - 3 spoons of greek yoghurt into a dish to serve and spoon the compote over

  • STEP 3

    *Strawberries are lovely in this recipe but are quite a common allergy so check your baby doesn’t have a bad reaction to them before including them in your compote.
