Turkey stir fry

Method

1. Fry the onion in the olive oil until soft. Add the turkey mince and stir fry until soft. Set aside.
2. Place all the vegetables in the pan with a little more oil and stir fry until they are cooked through and soft.
3. Return the turkey and onions to the pan and heat through.
4. Turn the ingredients into a bowl and mash with the gravy until the ingredients are mixed and the lumps are small and soft.

Hints and tips

1. Milk Free, Egg Free and Gluten Free.

2. Make sure the meat is cooked all the way through but still soft.
