Annabel Karmel's pear, apple and blueberry purée

Ingredients
- 2 Eating apples, peeled
- 2 Pears, peeled
- 100g Blueberries
- 2-3tbsp Water
Method
- STEP 1
Remove the cores from the pears and apples. Roughly chop the fruit and place in a saucepan with the water and blueberries. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, until soft.
- STEP 2
Whizz until smooth using a blender.
