Fruity chicken noodles

Ingredients
- 70g Red pepper, sliced
- 70g Green pepper, sliced
- 70g Mango, peeled and sliced
- 70g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 70g Pineapple, sliced
- 1tbsp Olive oil
- A pinch of Chinese 5 spice powder
- 70g Fine egg noodles
Method
- STEP 1
Add the oil to a wok or large frying pan. Once hot, add the chicken and brown for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2
Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil and add the noodles.
- STEP 3
Add the fruit, vegetables and spice to the chicken, and stir fry for around five minutes, making sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- STEP 4
Drain the noodles, chop into small pieces and serve with the chicken and vegetables.
