Ingredients

  • ¼ Red pepper, cut into strips
  • ¼ Yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • ¼ Green pepper, cut into strips
  • 100g Chicken cut into strips
  • A glug of olive oil for frying

Method

  • STEP 1

    Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken.

  • STEP 2

    Fry for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  • STEP 3

    Add the peppers and cook for a further five minutes or until the peppers are tender.

Serve with pasta, noodles or rice.
