Hollywood actor Adam Sandler met his future wife Jaqueline Titone when he was filming the movie Big Daddy. Jacqueline was a budding actress and had been cast as the waitress in the movie.
Adam and Jacqueline married on June 22, 2003, in a lavish Jewish affair in Malibu. Adam's bulldog Meatball was best 'man' and even wore a doggy tuxedo.
Adam and Jacqueline had their first baby, a girl, on May 6, 2006, at the celebrity hospital of choice - the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. They named their newborn Sadie Madison.
"Kid is healthy and the lovely wife is doing well!" Adam posted on his website after the birth.
Jacqueline fell pregnant a second time, and during his wife's pregnancy, Adam admitted he tried to be as supportive as he could. "I would rub her back and go, ‘It’s worth it. We’re going to have another beautiful baby, I love you, thanks for doing this,'" Adam said.
On November 2, 2008, Adam and his wife welcomed their second baby, again at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
"Jackie and Adam had a beautiful baby girl, Sunny Madeline. Everyone is happy and healthy," said a statement.
Adam is a very hands-on dad and is regularly seen spending quality time with his daughters, either on film sets or out and about in the sunshine in California.
Comedian Adam also likes to get creative when it's story-time in the Sandler household! "I often slip into costume as the lead character in whatever bedtime story I am reading,” he said. “This is a little weird because my daughters love Disney princesses. But you would be surprised at how good I look in a ball gown.”
Adam has revealed that being successful has its downfalls, as he worries his children will grow up being spoilt. “I go to sleep thinking about it and I wake up thinking about it. I’m trying to do the right thing,” he said. "With the amount of money I have it’s difficult raising children the way that I was raised.”
Adam owns his own production company, Happy Madison, and was awarded a Hollywood Walk of Fame Star in February 2011, which he attended with his young family and proud wife.
