It’s a boy – and a girl! Presenter Jenni Falconer and Bones actress Emily Deschanel both welcome their first babies
TV presenter Jenni Falconer has given birth to her first baby – a little girl called Ella Rose, with actor hubby James Midgley.
Ella Rose kept her parents waiting, as she was nearly a week overdue, but finally arrived weighing a healthy 7lb 2oz.
Of course, Twitter was the only way for Ella Rose’s arrival to be announced.
“The wait was worth it. Our beautiful baby girl Ella Rose Midgley – we are totally smitten,” proud mum Jenni tweeted fans.
This Morning hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who Jenni covered for when Holly went on maternity leave, also sent their congratulations.
Meanwhile, American actress Emily Deschanel, who plays Temperance Brennan in the hit TV series Bones, has also given birth.
Emily and husband David Hornsby, star of new US series How to be a Gentleman, welcomed their baby boy, Henry Hornsby.
