Jennifer Lopez has admitted she has found it hard to return to her famous figure after giving birth to twins Max and Emme. Now the twins are 3 years old, it seems like J-Lo has her confidence - and her figure - back.

How has the 41-year-old done it? By signing up to the same high-protein, low-carb Dukan diet as Kate Middleton, after deciding her usual exercise routine was not good enough. The royal princess and her mum Carole reportedly used this diet to help get in shape for the royal wedding, according to the Daily Express.

J-Lo is due to bare all soon in two upcoming movies. One of the films is called 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' and is about four couples preparing to become parents - something J-Lo can relate to.

J-Lo isn't the only celebrity mum who's found it hard to return to her figure. Jessica Alba has also spoken out about her fears she'll never get her pre-mummy body back.

The Fantastic Four actress gave birth to daughter Honor in 2008 and is pregnant with her second child who is due later this summer.

"I can't ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor," Jessica told America's Allure magazine. "My body's just different. The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently.

Jessica also expressed her jealousy at supermodel Gisele Bundchen's post-baby body. "It's a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterward. Unless you're Gisele," she admitted.

However the 30-year-old has not lost all her confidence. Jessica flaunts her large baby bump posing on the front of this month's Latina magazine, claiming it's better to show it off rather than hide it, reports the Metro.

And while her figure, and work, is important to her, Jessica says that being a mum is more important, "Before I had her, work was I had. Now it's not."
