Cheryl says she'd 'love' to have kids

Former Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has revealed she’s baby-mad and feels she was "put on the Earth" to be a mum.

“I’m obsessed with babies,” said Cheryl in an interview with GQ magazine. “Of course I’ve thought about baby names a million times. I like Alfie for a little boy.”

The 28-year-old also said, “I know that’s what I was put on the Earth to do – be a mother.”

The Tyneside songstress, who split from footballer Ashley Cole in February 2010, has previously spoken about wanting children.

Back in 2009 Cheryl told The Sunday Times, “Having a baby is important to me because I am from a big family.”

Cheryl is currently writing a tell-all autobiography about the men in her life and her music industry experiences.
