Ex-Hollyoaks actress fails to gain full custody of her 3-year-old son Grey as judge favours her former husband David Gardner
After her acrimonious divorce from her husband David Gardner in the summer, former Hollyoaks actress Davinia Taylor has lost a custody battle, after judges favoured David as being the full guardian of their 3-year-old son.
The former party girl, 32, who is friends with Kate Moss and Sadie Frost, failed to gain full custody and it’s believed that Davinia will now see her son Grey every other weekend. The reasons why Davinia lost custody haven’t been revealed.
David Gardner, who is best friends with David Beckham and is godfather to his eldest son Brooklyn, is said to be “pleased” with the ruling. “David is just trying to rebuild his life and give Grey a stable upbringing,” a friend told the Daily Mail.
