Judge Gary refuses US trip in case he misses daughter’s birth
It’s a brave man who stands up to the X Factor bosses, but Gary Barlow has proven he’s worthy of his ‘Dad of the Year’ title by honoring his family commitments. As a judge, Gary is supposed to travel with his acts for the ‘Judges Houses’ section of the show. But, Gary reportedly told bosses he’ll go no further than Europe so he doesn’t miss his daughter’s birth, reports the Sun. A source said, “[Gary] wants to be with his acts but he knows he can’t miss his daughter’s birth.” The source added, “You see Gary making a hospital dash on the show. This really is reality TV.”Whether fellow Take That star and dad-to-be Robbie will join Gary again for ‘Judges Houses’ remains to be seen.
