Dad Gavin talks about his youngest son’s “freak accident” and proves that celebrity children are just as accident-prone as our own!
Gwen Stefani’s son Zuma, 2, has broken his arm after he fell from a worktop in the Stefani-Rossdale family kitchen. Zuma’s worried dad, Gavin Rossdale, has spoken about how he turned his back for one second…
“It was one of the worst nights of our lives,” Gavin told People magazine. “It was one of those freak events, a freak accident. The kids are never alone and you turn your back – it takes a split second.”
Gwen and Gavin rushed Zuma to a nearby hospital where they were told Zuma had broken his arm. “ I think it’s almost worse for the parents, it was horrific!” said Gavin.
Little Zuma was later spotted showing off his arm cast, still looking every inch the cool kid on the block. He is said to be doing fine after the accident. “Zuma is doing well now. Kids, they find a way!” said Gavin.
