New rumours claim that rapper Jay-Z, who is expecting a baby with wife Beyonce, may already be a dad.
The star allegedly fathered a son nine years ago with model Shenelle Scott from Trinidad, claims Star magazine. There are even claims he paid Shenelle US$1 million to keep quiet, and continues to pay child support.
The claims come from Jerard Andrews, who told the magazine that his son Malik Sayeed thought he was the father of Shenelle’s baby, but paternity tests showed otherwise.
“At the time he was born, my son Malik thought the baby was his child, but then they did DNA tests. It’s been determined that the child is Jay-Z’s baby,” Jerard said.
“Malik threw Shenelle a baby shower and bought all this stuff to prepare for the arrival. However, after the baby was born, friends and family told him he needed to get a DNA test,” Jerard continued. “Everyone knew Shenelle was sleeping around and sleeping with Jay. There was a good chance it was his.”
The story suggests that the little boy has inherited many of Jay-Z’s features and that Beyonce is fully aware of his existence. The news comes just weeks after the couple announced they are expecting their first child together.
