Despite banning her Latino singer hubby Marc Anthony from visiting her on set when she’s shooting sex scenes, 40-year-old mum-of-twins Jennifer Lopez isn’t shy of baring her post-baby body in her latest movie, The Back-Up Plan.
J-Lo has revealed how she didn’t resort to fad diets or extreme weight loss regimes in a bid to lose her baby belly after giving birth to twins Max and Emme.
“I worked out a lot. I struggled to get rid of the last 20lbs. I had to change my eating habits but I eat a lot less than I used to. But I love bread,” Jen admitted.
Jen’s new role sees her playing a single mum who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day.
