Dad-to-be Matthew Bellamy reveals their baby will be born in Los Angeles – and he plans to be very hands-on in labour.
Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy is not letting his pregnant fiancée Kate Hudson do all the hard work when their baby arrives this summer.
"I'm gonna be there when she gives birth, of course I am," the British-born rocker told The News of the World. "I'll be there with rubber gloves on.”
Matt also revealed that Hollywood A-lister Kate will give birth in LA so Baby Bellamy can get dual US and UK citizenship.
"It's easier to get citizenship in the UK if we have it in LA - if you do it the other way round, it’s just a complete nightmare,” he said.
The couple plans to live in both countries, so it looks like their trans-Atlantic tot will be racking up plenty of frequent flyer air miles.
Matt says they’re keeping the sex of their baby a surprise, although Kate has previously said she thinks she's having a sister for her 7-year-old son (from her marriage to Chris Robinson).
“With Ryder, I had a pretty strong feeling that it was a boy, but with this… I think it's a girl,” said Kate.
