Michelle Heaton is no stranger to Twitter, having been tweeting about her pregnancy since she announced it back in July. Now the 32-year-old qualified personal trainer and former LibertyX singer has revealed that her pregnancy craving of chicken has even had a hand in feeling her baby kick for the first time...
"OMG! Baby just kicked! First time! Deffo a kick - was like a piece of popcorn popping! Just as I was eating Nando's! LOL - likes the peri-peri. It was so strong!" Michelle tweeted excitedly, according to Closer magazine.
As well as revealing her cravings, Michelle, who is now 4 months pregnant, has also been preaching about pre and post pregnancy exercise on Twitter, saying that it is important to stay active. Husband Hugh Hanley is also a personal trainer and the pair have been working out together.
"Michelle doesn't want to let herself go. She's still doing half an hour of cardio five times a week," a source told Closer.
"Every woman is different, that's why I said before starting anything you MUST go to a qualified trainer in pregnancy exercise! Keep safe girls," Michelle tweeted.
