TV presenter and ex pop-star Myleene admits she's learnt all about healthy eating since becoming a mum - but she still hates the gym
Celeb mum Myleene Klass has admitted that it wasn’t until baby Ava came along that she understood the meaning of healthy eating.
“For someone whose weight has fluctuated by four stone, and then having a baby and losing that weight, I now realise there is a difference between healthy eating and balanced eating,” she said.
But instead of hitting the gym, Myleene prefers to chase 3-year-old Ava around the garden to keep in shape. She also hinted at another baby not far off. “I do want to fill the house with children. I can’t get down the slide in our garden any more, so I think Ava needs a little playmate,” she explained.
