Actress talks baby weight and returning to work four months after having daughter Florence
Ex-EastEnders girl Tamzin Outhwaite, 39, has revealed her secrets for beating her post- baby weight: magic pants and a running machine.
Refreshingly honest about her baby weight, Tamzin admits it took her a while to lose the bulge after giving birth to Florence, now one. “I went back to work four months after I had Florence and I wasn’t back to my normal size at all, so I relied on Spanx magic pants.”
Working to the ‘nine months on, nine months off’ goal, Tamzin says she never felt a pull towards the gym at first, as she wanted to spend time with her daughter. “I used something called Hypoxi. You go on a running machine with a special suit which targets the area where you want to lose weight. But I was a bit sporadic because I didn’t want to be at the gym when I could be with Florence.”
