Songstress says she sings her own songs to her baby bump
Mariah Carey says she’s sung her whole Christmas album to her unborn baby, who is due next spring, reports Showbiz Spy.
The singer, pregnant with her first child, was recording her Merry Christmas II album at the time and said she’s quickly introducing her songs to her baby. Mariah also admits to singing to her bump every day.
“I just hope that they don’t turn out hating Christmas!” joked Mariah.
Talking of Christmas, Mariah says she’s unsure of her and hubby Nick Cannon’s plans over the holiday.
“I’m trying to figure out where we’re going for Christmas, because I usually go to Aspen, but I’m not supposed to go there this year because I can’t ski and I can’t really do any of that stuff being pregnant,” said Mariah.

Mariah has already made numerous comments about her pregnancy, including an obsession with reading pregnancy books, a new strict diet and an alcohol and junk food ban on the household. The star even joked on Twitter about her hubby’s actions to convert her to flat shoes.
