TV star Kristin Cavallari reveals her maternity fashion tips and thinks you can be a mum and look great
Kristin Cavillari, star of reality show The Hills, has revealed that she feels confident in her pregnant body and that she has developed her own take on maternity style.
"I feel really confident in my body," Kristin told Life & Style magazine. "I think you can be a mum and still look great," she said.
Kristen, who is around 6 months pregnant, is known for her love of fashion and is reportedly designing shoes and jewellery for fashion label Chinese Laundry.
"I don't think you need to spend tons on money on maternity clothes," said Kristen. "[I still wear jeans], I just can't zip or button them, so I wear the belly band that goes around the button to hold them up," she said.
Kristen also revealed, according to Life & Style magazine, that she is making sure she buys lots of good value tops for after she gives birth. "If they get ruined, it's not a big deal because they're inexpensive," she explained.
Kristin and her partner, American footballer Jay Cutler, are reported to be expecting a baby boy but the sex of their baby wasn't revealed by the couple themselves. According to Hollyscoop.com Jay's teammate Earl Bennett announced the sex of their baby on the radio during an interview on The Boers and Bernstein Show.
