Dad of two says he wants more children and is likely to adopt in the future rather than use a surrogate again
Singer Ricky Martin has spoken about his desire for more children, and says he’s likely to adopt in the future.
The Livin’ La Vida Loca singer is already a dad to two-year-old twins, Matteo and Valentino, who he welcomed after using a surrogate mum, but now Ricky says he’s ready to expand his family, and thinks adoption is the way to go.
Promoting his Christmas show, Home for the holidays, which raises awareness of adoption, the broody singer said, “Even though I started with surrogacy, adoption is probably my next step. Adoption is beautiful. Give it a try!”
Ricky also gushed about his love for Matteo and Valentino, admitting all he wants for Christmas is for them both to be happy and healthy.
And it’s not the first time he’s spoken about the importance of the little lads in his life, as back in November, Ricky credited them for helping him reveal his sexuality, which he had kept a secret until he became a dad.
