New dad Robbie shares news of the birth of his baby girl on his website
Robbie Williams has announced the arrival of his daughter. Robbie and wife Ayda, who agreed they were going to stick with a traditional name, have called her Theodora Rose, or Teddy for short. The singer shared news with his fans on his website writing, “Praise be, it’s Theodora Rose Williams.” Not one to keep details to himself (he slipped up earlier this year revealing the pair were expecting a girl) Robbie added, “Born 3.33pm on 18.9.12, 7lbs 4oz.” Joining the hoards of celebs who hit Twitter to share their good news, Robbie tweeted, “Baby, Mummy and Daddy are all rockin… Thank you for your best wishes XXXX.” Take That bandmate Gary Barlow lead the celebrity congratulations tweeting, “Massive congrats Rob and Ayda. So happy for you.”Here at MFM HQ we’ve been pondering the couple’s name choice, after Rob said he wouldn’t go for anything too ‘celeb’. Perhaps the pair are big Dora the Explorer fans?
