Mexican actress Salma Hayek has revealed to the world how much she enjoys being a mother.
The star, who last week renewed her wedding vows with French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, told a magazine that her daughter is “unique” and “magical”.
In an interview with In Style she said of Valentina: "I feel so connected to her, but at the same time, we are completely different. I discover something new about her every day.
The Once Upon a Time in Mexico actress added: "She is unique, magical - definitely the most colourful person I've ever met.”
Valentina Paloma was born in September 2007, an arrival which saw the wedding of Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, postponed.
But the loved-up pair were finally hitched earlier this year on Valentine’s Day in a quiet civil ceremony in Paris.
Last week the couple reaffirmed their commitment to each other in a stunning Venetian ceremony at the famous Teatro La Fenice opera house.
Guests included French president Jacques Chirac, U2's Bono, Penelope Cruz, Charlize Theron and of course, Valentina, who was a flower girl.
