New dad Ben Foden confirms baby’s birth on Twitter – and both Una and baby are doing fine
Una Healy’s had fans on baby alert for the past month, but fiancé Ben Foden, 26, has confirmed the wait is over. And Una's bandmates have revealed the couple's choice of baby name!
The Saturdays offical Twitter account has announced that the couple have chosen a traditional Irish name, "Una’s baby girl, who weighed in at 7lbs 13oz, is called Aoife Belle Foden. Aww!"
“I am officially a Dad!!!!!! Una an [sic] baby are both amazing and healthy!!!!! So proud of them both!#babybenuna,” tweeted new dad Ben.
The England rugby player must’ve had a bit of a mad dash back from Paris, after playing a match against France in the Six Nations tournament on Sunday. Luckily he was back in time to welcome his and Una’s baby girl.
Just last week Una, 30, took to Twitter to reveal to fans why she thought the birth was imminent.
On Sunday, The Saturdays singer tweeted, “I feel like a seal these days… the whole time resting on my left hand side!”
