Beyonce surprised everyone when she announced she was pregnant with her first child on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards last week. Yet today, certain reports claim the star was actually wearing a prosthetic baby bump and that Beyonce is only around 8 weeks pregnant. That said, we have to admit that Beyonce's bump does look slightly rounder in the photos from the MTV Awards compared to even more recent pics of her flaunting her bikini body on holiday in Croatia and on board a boat with her friend, mum-of-two Gwyneth Paltrow.
