Whether you love it, or hate it, find out how to cook up Marmite cupcakes for your tot full of vitamin B
Is your tot bored with Marmite sandwiches? Would she like to get her teeth into something that tastes sweet but includes that yeasty flavour of Marmite?
Well, fear not because as part of the Spread the Love campaign by Marmite, we have two cupcake recipes that combine dashings of Marmite (made into caramel and icing) and chocolate-coated Marmite filling, which oozes out of the middle...
And best of all, they're packed with B vitamins. Check out what we thought here.
Makes 12 cakes, approximately 45g each
How to make the Marmite Caramel:
N.B this makes a bowlful so what you don't use you can save, spoon on ice-cream, pavlovas, eat straight from the jar....How to make the Sugar Syrup:

MethodFirst make your caramel:
(Now everybody likes their caramel a different shade, too dark and it has a bitter note. Remember the Marmite will also darken the colour).
Next make your frosting:

Bake for 20-22 minutes in 160c degree conventional oven.

MethodFirst make the Marmite chocolate ganache. I set aside a portion which had a stronger Marmite taste for the centres.
