I had a planned homebirth with number 6,that started off to plan,then the baby gotstuck,with the cord round her neck,and it all ended up with an emergency ride to hospital in an ambulance,and a ventouse delivery.It was supposed to be natural as possible,nice and relaxed at home but was far from it.

Hiya, blimey that must have been really scary! Unfortunately the case study is for a feature on easy straightforward births, so I'm really after one that ran smoothly and to plan. Glad your baby was eventually delivered safely. Take care, Jane x
