Hi all

Just wondering if anyone would like to share their best pregnancy healh tips with me - did you get some great advice about sex... healthy eating... pelvic floor exercises etc. Did you do as you were advised and what were the benefits? Or did you ignore everything and now regret it!

I am writing an article for Practical Parenting and your story could appear in the magazine or on this very website.

I would also love to hear from you if you are currently pregnant and have taken on board the advice and how you are feeling - or if you have been given advice but you have chosen to ignore it!

Anyway... if you are interested contact me here on at jthynne479@btinternet.com.

Many thanks

hi jane well i'm zoe mum to charlie who is 3 and 17 weeks pregnant with bubba no2

when i was pregnant with charlie people advised me to use something for my tummy to prevent stretch marks but i never got round to using anything and i wished i had because i had some bloody awful ones across my tummy by the time charlie arrived. now i'm using mum to be stretch mark oil and i've only been using it a week and have noticed the difference already. also this time round i'm making sure i drink pleanty of water as it perks me up quite a bit and makes me feel less tired etc. and when i was pregnant with charlie people told me to rest when i could but i kind of ignored them because i felt had enough energy and could cope etc but i 'm certainly taking that bit of advice on board now and resting whenever i can

hope some of this helps

take care xx

Hiya, the best thing for me was fruit, especially grapes, in early pregnancy there light and refreshing for when your feeling rough!!!! And Bio-oil was fantastic, cant say it got rid of all the stretch marks but really helped and as I used it on all of my body, I got lots of compliments on my lovely soft arms!

Hi Jodie

Thanks for getting in touch - are you pregnant at the moment? If you are I would love to chat more - I am on a very tight deadline so if you can get in touch (jthynne479@btinternet.com or 01737 778782) I would be grateful.

Also if you wouldn't mind be contacted for future articles then please let me know.

Many thanks

To stay hydrated, drink as much water as you can throughout the day. Also for dry skin, rub on baby oil or body butter to make yourself feel loads better.
