Ok, my 5 Month old daughter is now strong enough to break out of any swaddle blanket (even the velcro premade ones). Once her arms are free, she immediately rolls onto her stomach. This wouldn't be an issue at all if she knew how to roll back, but she doesnt. Last night she actually rolled onto her stomach, and I heard something strange on the baby monitor, so I ran into the room, and she was sound asleep face down, with nose and mouth 95% covered, she was getting barely any air, and when I immediately grabbed her, she started somewhat gasping for air.. After my heart about stopped, I just put her in a pack in play right next to the bed, but she was continuing to do it.. I cannot keep waking up in a panic not knowing if my child is alive. What on earth can I do to prevent this? Is there a product to somehow prevent them from rolling over? Please?
