I'm nearly 20 weeks pregnant and got quite depressed in the early weeks, which a quick trawl of the internet suggests is more common than you'd think (as it's my fourth baby, it took me a bit by surprise). Has anyone else had this experience? What helped for you? Did it continue after the birth and become post-natal depression, or did it disappear on its own?
