my dd was breastfed and would sometimes go for a week with no poo!!! sometimes she was fine and it didnt affect her at all others it did,
I did a baby massage course with my oldest so i did some of that and it really helped her, maybe hire a book from the library or search online!

Hiah,I assumed breastfed babies did go much longer without a poo? As it's waste product and your milk high quality I always thought there wasn't much waste,I could be very wrong tho-maybe some water between feeds? Lauras idea sounds good-she breastfed a lot longer than me so she'll know more.
Hope your baby girl does 1 soon!!!! So you don't worry x

As long as your daughters nappies are still wet I wouldn't worry. My older children were bf.Sometimes they'd go days without going.Sometimes they couldn't get through a feed without going.
If it's a problem maybe water between feeds. Also don't know if changes in what you eat makes a difference.I used to find lettuce gave one of mine awful wind and constipation, don't know why.
Hope the problem sorts itself out soon

My twelve week old son only ever goes every three days - but when it is "poo day" he does enough to fill two nappies in one go. Like Jo said as long as the nappies are wet and she doesn't seem in pain I wouldn't worry too much.
