    Hey ladies,

Im planning LOs christening, the function room we have for a party afterwards is not the best room so want to do my best to make it look nice. Im trying to think of a 'theme' that I can base the party and decorations around (a little boy)

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks

    Steph

Hi, I've just had my son's christening and we had a cheap and cheerful do afterwards at the village hall. We went for 'shabby chic' theme, i.e, very Englishy, village- fete- type feel. We had afternoon cream tea with homemade jam and scones served on three tier cake stands, pretty homemade cupcakes anda selection of sandwhiches. We decorated the hall with bunches of baby blue and white helium ballons, kath kidston rose design napkins, multi coloured polka dot crockery and blue and white gingham baby bunting. We also had bunches of daffodils, tulips and roses dotted about in small vases. It looked very effective and was relatively cheap. Hope you have a nice day!
