I have 10 LL bamboo size ones, and 9 TB bamboozle size ones, plus four small (newborn size) Mother ease wraps. I also have 8 OSFA totsbots which I guess may start to fit after a month or two when poppered down. Is this enough do you think? I have plenty of liners, cheeky wipes, bin, etc. Have I missed anything?

I didn't use cloth from newborn but that sounds like a good start to me. I used disposables for the first couple of weeks before switching and have always managed with a stash of about 24 nappies for daytime and 6 LL for night time, washing every two or three days.

We started with disposable moving to reusable after the first week. We have 15 all in one birth to potty Mia solos. It's not enough! We don't have a drier and I can't get them washed and dried quick enough, so I'm using disposable at night and as fill in until more come. I've ordered 10 LL all in ones. And approx 5x 2parters so I'm hoping 30 altogether will be enough for full time use. ( we only bought 15 to start in case we didn't like reusable )

How are you drying them? We've found that bamboo take 2 days to dry on our heated drier (although it's only switched on overnight).
Also, you'll need a wetbag for putting dirty nappies in when you are out and about.

Thanks both. We have a drier, and once baby is a tony bit bigger we can use the 8 totsbots in addition to the 19 two partners, so will see how it goes.

I'm finding we don't have enough! I'm using sposies at night. I think it's just because I'm changing at every feed (E seems to have a sensitive bum) and she's eating roughly every 1.5-2hrs during the day so that adds up. And we don't have a tumble drier (although the newborn nappies seem to dry relatively quickly... I've got the TotsBots teeny fits and the BumGenius newborn nappies, so they're not bamboo). I haven't tried her in the birth-to-potty nappies yet as the small ones seem enormous on her still.
I think, as said, you just have to see how it goes really.
