I have just opened a new bag of Pampers Active fit nappies to find they are they 'trial' variety. I am fed up of this. If I wanted those types of nappies I would have bought the Baby dry variety, coz thats all they are. They give my LO nappy rash. I buy the Active fit one because they have that mesh layer. Just done the online survey again and complained. Also tried to ring but closed will definately ring on Monday. I am so annoyed. It's not as if they are cheap enough to throw away and and buy new, also how do I know what I am getting when I buy.

Sorry for the rant but I feel as if I am ripped off. I want what I bought!!!!

    Hi Kelly

I posted a thread on this as i thought they were faulty, have since found out, like yourself that they are not faulty and supposed to be that way. Its annoying, i won't be buying Pampers anyone and i don't think a lot of mums on here will be either. The only thing to do i suppose is complain. If you go onto the Pampers website and scroll down to the bottom you will find a lot of complaints!!!Its crazy, don't think Pampers are going to change their nappies though

If you phone Pampers on Monday and complain you can get your money back. I was offered vouchers at first, but I declined them as I politely told the lady that I definately didn't want any more Pampers as i couldn't be sure about what I was buying as there was nothing stated on the outside of the packet saying that their nappies had changed. She checked with her manager and then she told me I'd get a cheque for the amount instead.

I've also spoken to the guy from Watchdog who would like to hear from as many parents as possible who are having problems with Pampers - if you go on the BBC Watchdog website there's a link where you can contact them, and then they'll get in touch with you. From the conversation I had with him, I think he's quite eager to hear from people so that they can go ahead with this story.

number1 it is a joke isnt it - although I wish it was. The BBC ppl are well onto it already. The original thread is here http://www.babyexpert.com/chatroom/topic/164232 on page 3 at the mo.

P&G should be investigated for a form of fraud- - it is robbery. Vouchers they offer are just to get you to by yet more P&G other products.

The discussions on Netmums are also interesting - there seems to be rashes involved for some.
