Just back from Maddies first wedding (my cousin), had a lovely day and she was a good girl, just had a few loud yells of dadda while in church.
Decided not to stay for the evening as we were all shattered from such a long day but the sun stayed out for the photo's my little angel behaved and looked gorgeous and I was so busy looking after her that I did not have time to feel uncomfortable about my appearance which actually wasn't that bad.
All in all we have had a good day and I am so pleased as I have been dreading the day for weeks now!
Having such a good day, haven't felt down once and just wanted to share it.

Aw how nice. It's great that Maddie behaved, bet it was really funny when she yelled dadda though! How old is she? Sounds like you had a lovely day.

We've got a christening coming up at end of month and my 2 will be 15 months and 3 months so dreading it!

When my cousin was christened in local church, my little bro shouted really loud 'I want a biscuit!' right in middle of service...as he'd been there for an easter service and had a biscuit lol! He must have thought you got one every time you went!

She is 11 months but luckily there were loads of children there ranging from a few months up.
She did say yes when the vicar asked if she would take shaun to be her lawful husband etc, looks like she wants to get married young lol!
I wouldn't worry too much especially if there are other children going, there is usually so much going on that they are occupied.
