If the weathers good put her in nice baggy clothes and loose legs(i.e,joggers or skirt no tights)when i took my niece for her's i sat her facing me with her legs over mine and just tucked her hands in so she didnt wriggle. Did the trick and she only cried for a few sec's.
Im with mel on the calpol thing and also take a drink to give straight after as kids cant cry while drinking.

Thanks,she was fine. Gave calpol first it always does the trick,good old calpolTook her little lottie elephant and she was ok when the doc gave her a choc button!!!

Glad it went ok!!!!
Cameron had his mmr a few weeks ago and i could have cried when he looked at me after the doc had jabbed him, he looked so hurt that i'd held him while she did it
