Sorry can't give you any advice but Riley has been the same. He started taking less and less but yesterday was not even bothered about most of his feeds. I've been putting it down to his reflux. Its strange though because in the night he gulped his feeds down, I think its because he's tired and wants to suck the bottle for comfort rather than drink the milk!
This morning I have managed to get 2oz down him after trying for almost an hour! x

i know what you mean lacey is just as you described as far as being sleepy she will take it ok, like she had her last bottle last night at 10.pm she had 5 oz then slept till 7 and i could only get 2 oz down her so i gave her her breakfast cereal, then about 10,30 she went to sleep so i have just sneakily given her another 5 oz and she is still fast asleep, i dont even know how much she should be having!! it gets really frustrating though when i know she needs more but she wont have it!!!

If she is fully weaned then I think the minimum she should be heaving is 16-20oz a day so I wouldn't worry too much about her not having enough.
I gave up with the morning bottle but managed to get 5oz down him at 10 when he was a bit sleepy. I have to take him in his room in the dark, turn on the white noise then give it to him.
He's only on two meals a day but when I put him on three I might just start feeding him before a nap rather than when he wakes and give him his solids when he wakes. x

When my LO was weaned I was told by HV that 18oz was plenty as long as he was having a varied diet. Also, any dairy in solids counts towards the daily milk intake. We used to have real battles getting milk into him even if we could tell he was really hungry, but he has always loved solids & hasn't had any weight issues.
