totally not baby related, but our house sale has fallen through this morning :cry:

I've been looking at new bulids with the part exchange system, and I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can just transfer your existing mortgage to a new property if the value is the same?

I think most mortgage companies will allow you to transfer your mortgage across to a different property - in fact we transferred ours across and just topped it up so I'm sure that shouldn't be a problem. We have a new build (well 4 years old now) and i'd highly recommend (ours was a Wimpy house).
