    Hi All

Took my little man (10months) to Clarks yesterday to get fitted for shoes as he is now cruising the furniture big time and I doubt it will be long before he goes solo..

Anyway they measured his feet and he is a 3.5J!!!!!!!!!! Clark's only do shoes up to a H width??

He is a big lad (on 98th for height and weight) and seems his feet are the same?

Anyone else got lo's with monster feet? Any suggestions where I can get his some shoes??

Hi. must admit I dont rate clarks at all, they cant fit my eldest as he has a h fitting with a high instep, they cant fit my 9 year old as she has hypermobility in her joints and needs inserts in her shoes and also needs very supportive shoes which clarks are not, my 3rd child has an f fitting and her joints are normal, yet when clarks fitted her they managed to cause her to have blisters, Isaac also has h fitting feet and hypermobility so same probs as my 9 year old and clarks cant fit him either, they are useless, they are supposed to be the child fitting experts. I go to an independant shoe shop they sell continental makes like ricosta, pablosky, primigi and loads of others and they never have a problem with fitting my children, find out if there is a shop near you that sells these makes. Good luck xx

    thanks ladies
Well I went in to Next today and got some pre walker trainers that they have as size 3 (for 12-18 month old) and they fit him fine - room to grow both width and length wise so god knows what was going on with the clarks measuring device!

When we got home we put them on and after staring at them fascinated and trying to undo the velcro for 5 mins, he was back up walking along the furniture - hopefully this will stop him pulling his socks off and eating them lol!
