M is currently in size one nappies and gets changed at every feed during the day plus inbetween if he's pooed. We're not getting any leaks although you do get abit of an imprint of the nappy on his legs/groin. He's sleeping 4-5hrs at a stretch at night and because of his thrush I've considered going up to size 2s during the night for abit more absorbency as he's obviously changed less regularly over night. At what point would you move up a size during the day? Now? Or Once we have leaks?
(he's 3.5 week btw and was 4kg [8lb 13oz] when weighed by health visitor last week)

We use disposables when out and about, and Olivia is now in size 2s at 9lbs 11oz, they are a far better fit than the size 1s.

Henry is about 10pounds and in size 2. We changed when we started having regular leaks x
