i have a 13 week old baby who has been sleeping through for a week so far. the only problem is what i do if he wakes up in middle of night because obviously he will be hungary but i don't want him to get used to being fed then and waking up every night for it. do i just give water and put him back down or just feed him. i really in a tizz about it. xx

I'd just feed him if he wakes and won't settle. He's still only very tiny.Their tummies are only tiny so they only hold so much food, which is why we have to feed them so often. If he wakes and it's a few hours since he fed he'll be hungry. If he's going all night for over a week he's obviously getting enough to keep him going. If he starts waking again it could mean he's having a bit of a growth spurt

Hi. Quite early on my daughter woke nce in the night at about 3am. she was brestfed at this point. then i started dreamfeeding formula at 11pm before i went to bed. she slept through since i started doing that.
basically feed them without waking them up. i used to hold her to do this. it took a couple of attempts but it's the best thing ever!!! she now goes to bed at 7pm and wakes at 7.30ish next morning
good luck xx
