Hi I have a 3 month old little girl who has a sore tummy shes had it twice since she's been born is there anything I can do to help her try give her gripe water but doesn't seem to work effectively it helps a little but she still scrunches up in pain I feel so horrible watching her in pain but as she's still young I'm really iffy on what I can give her I do give her some water between her feeds to but I'm stuck on what else to do

Typically tummys are sore for a reason such as constipation, trapped wind or a dislike/reaction to the food.
For constipation you can try massaging her tummy with clockwise circles (they must be clockwise not anti-clockwise as this will have the opposite effect) & gently moving her legs in a 'cycling' mode to relieve her symptoms & help her poo with less pain.
For trapped wind you can again try the circle massage to relieve it & perhaps a drop of infacol or colief with each feed.
Failing those then a trip to your Dr/HV to discuss feeds & possible allergies may be in order, some children will have intolerances & can be made better with specialist formulas/diets.

I really don't know what to say, other than to go see a doctor and get her examined ASAP! If you already have you should mention that, because most people on these forums never mention that they went to the doctor. They have a professional opinion while people on the forums mostly just have personal experience. Best of luck!
