    Hi everyone

I'm just wondering what your little ones are up to and what age they are.
My lo is almost 5 months old and is try to sit up when he's in his playnest, he grabs at anything he can reach, he's teething terribly and he's a chatterbox. He's been on baby porridge for a month now so i'm going to introduce a dinner to him. He loves his food. He weighed 16lb 14oz 2 weeks ago.
I'm looking forward to his 1st xmas

ah bless, my little man is 7 months tomorrow and he won't sit for long cos he likes playing on his front, he pulls himself commando style across the floor with one arm! he is starting to pull himslef up on his knees so don't think proper crawling is too far behind now, uh oh!!! he's got his first tooth coming through and likes having his teeth brushed(or tooth!!) he's been on solids for almost 3 months and i just found out today that he likes marmite!!, he won't eat toast with butter, but with marmite he will! he went onto 3 meals about a month ago and loves his food, he loves munch bunch fromage frais! he can also hold his own bottle he just started doing it at 4 months old, and drinks water from a sippy cup

    Hi
Maddie is nearly 5 months and is half way to rolling over onto her front, can roll from front to back, would love to sit up and absolutely loves standing up on you.
She is just starting solids and finding alot that does not agree with her yet.
I think the first tooth is on the way, she has always been a dribbler but could drown in the amount of drool she has now and also has very runny nappies and a flushed red cheek, chews everything she can get her hands on and a little bit fed up.
Hoping crawling doesn't happen too soon as she will definately be into everything!

hiya all, isn't it great having our babies and being santa for the first time lol

Well Lewis is 61/2 month sits up on his own for a couple of seconds then falls backwards it doesn't bother him, he just rolls about, he can roll from his belly to his back and then back again, - he loves sitting up in his ring, he can move his baby walker backwards and gets frustrated coz he cant get it to go forward lol, he waves his arms frantically when music comes on!

He has been on solids since 4 month, 3 meals a day, and a rusk with milk at night before bed, he is still breast fed, probably feed on the breast till 1 year as i find it pointless weaning him and then putting him on bottles, but we will see how it goes!

oh and he has 1 tooth! no otheres seem to be showing!

Poppy is 3 months and for the last 3 weeks has been teething I can now feel a rough bit in her bottom gum that wasn't there yesterday so I'm hoping it will either come through or stop growing for now!
She wriggles so much when she's on her back that she can get on her side but not right over yet. She can sit comfortably in her bumbo but that's about it for now!
Been to see Santa today for the first time, I nearly cried cos she looked so cute sat on his knee!!

    Hi

Reece is 9 months old but cant crawl yet. He can push himself backwards and get up on all fours. I think it will be this week that he will finally go forwards. He can say a few words, and does things that you ask like clap hands and kiss mummy. he points when you say things like where is the cat, where is daddy. My two favourite things that he does are wave bye bye and plays peek a boo by pulling a sheet over his head and then peeking out - he has been doing this for ages but it melts me every time! One thing he doesnt do though is sleep - woke up 3 times already tonight! xx

ollie is 6 1/2 months and can sit up by himself for short periods now. he can roll over and uses it to get wherever he wants/needs to go, he can almost crawl and will be by xmas.
he has 3 teeth thru and the fourth is almost thru, he's on 3 solid meals a day plus finger foods. he can babble for fun and sometimes its almost like real words.
he loves his door bouncer and will happily spend hours bouncing in it and he loves to be on his front in front of the tv playing with his toys and rabbing the dogs paws and whiskers!

ahh bless her she is so clever, My 3 year old was the same but isaac is a lazy monkey and is sitting by himself but not a lot else. its amazing how different they are. Ella will definitely keep you on your toes as alice does with me, she was 3 on 31 october and at pre school the other day they had a grid with numbers up to 50 on and alice was pointing a the different numbers saying what they were. they have told me she is exceptionally bright. dont know where she gets it from think there may have been a mix up at birth lol

Reece is def a lazy boy!! he rarely rolls over, although he can do it, he just can't be bothered. when he is pushing himself around and does flip over he looks shocked as if to say but i didnt want to do that, instead of rolling back. ella is amazing standing at that age. there is a little boy, seth, at one of the groups that i go to, who was taking steps at 7 months and i was trying to tell his mum to contact the guiness book of records! looks like ella will be the same xx

    hiya,
we just give him bits of our tea! chips, cheese, cooked carrot sticks or green beans, bread, rusks if we've not got much else for him, fish fingers, parts of chicken burgers, slices of cooked cabbage.... anything really that will go into a sort of stick shape! he loves it as we give him them while were eating and he thinks hes eating with us which will make it easier when he does start having the same as us.

gave him a piece of spaghetti last night but he dint seem to like, he gums most things or chews them with his three front teeth but that was a bit too small for him.

Konner doesnt try to roll over, so today i have been teaching him how to go onto his side in the hope he will do it one day, i did put him onto his belly and he pulled his knees up and stuck his bum up but didnt know how to push his arms lol. I don't wanthim to grow up too fast as he is deffinately my last baby and i want to keep him a baby as long as i can, but on the other hand, i dont want him to be too slow at developmant.... if you know what i mean. We have bought him a baby walker and door bouncer for xmas so we are hoping it will strenghten his legs ready for walking, i know hv's dont reccommend walkers but i used them with my other kids and they were ok.

    Hi ya

My LO is nearly 5 months and she is a lazy baby too when it comes to crawling/on her front. She has rolled over from front to back but doesnt really spend a lot of time on her tummy as she is so lazy and gets frustrated then gives up and just lies there, head on her mat. She sits OK with support but most of the time she wriggles down so she is lying, she is a right chatterbox though- always squealing and cooing. Think she will into everything when she starts crawling/walking and im gunna need eyes in the back of my head!! because she is a right wriggler when holding her and likes to stand up on my knees a wriggle her bum about!!

Dont they grow so fast though? every day she seems to be learning new things and doing something new!!
