A girl from school has just aborted at 23 weeks!!! I made the big mistake of looking up the procedure on the internet. I had just found out I was pregnant again and it made me feel really ill!
This 2nd pregnasncy isn't great timing for me, my job could be under threat as the school is probably closing down in the next few years, money will be more than tight etc etc, BUT there is no way i would consider abortion. Smurfy may not have been planned but he or she or they (god forbid) are definitely wanted!!! In my early 20's I was told to expect to need fertility treatment or to prepare to adopt kids if I wanted a family, I feel so blessed that I have managed to get pregnant, extremely easily, twice.
I knew of a girl at uni who had had 7 abortions by the time she was 24. Heard of the pill or condoms???
