Last night mum, myself, Bronwyn and Aimee went swimming. We decided we needed it to cool off and to help the girls sleep. We got to the pool at 5 and the baby pool was empty, just us 4 in it.

2 boys, probably about 18 and 15 got into the pool having a chat about blow jobs and the size of their willies! The older boy had about 8 facial piercings, tattoos and those earrings that make the hole in your ears bigger. The younger boy just looked a bit angry and their language was terrible! When they went for the beach ball in the pool I was beginning to worry about Bronwyn and Aimee getting caught up in their game!

Bless them, the older boy kept shouting at the younger one "mind the babies" and appologising for his friends behaviour, even though they were in the other half of the pool. Aimee was a little miffed at being called a baby. He was also cooing over Bronwyn, winking at her and pulling faces. She was loving the attention!

Then a group of kids, 6 or 7 12-14 year olds came in and nearly drowned Bronwyn who was floating in her little seat thing. They were splashing around and making a right nuisence of themselves. I told them off and made my feelings perfectly clear, they glared at me and went into the big pool. Once we had left they got back into the baby pool and as we left the changing rooms they were being thrown out by the staff! And their father was sitting watching all this!!!

Before we left I went over and thanked the 2 boys for being so considerate!

I just thought I would share this with you as we always hear stories of bad behaviour, but not much about good behaviour!!!!

Mel, it was fab! We all really enjoyed our swimming!

The idiots soon moved once I started on them! I was just about to get a member of staff when they moved themselves!!!!!

Bronwyn adores being in the water. She always tries to get out of her swim seat, she just wants to be off! She looked so funny, at one point she was laid back floating with my hand under her back with her little legs crossed chatting away to herself!

Im glad bronwyn enjoyed it though Caroline. Mine love the water too. Luka is doing well now 'floating' across the pool with his armbands he naturally kicks as soon as he's in the water. We have an outside pool at ours which is lovely. We are going tomorrow afternoon if its still hot xxx

I tried Bronwyn with baby arm bands, but of course they are designed to hold a baby of less weight!!! Going to but her some bigger ones to try!

Well lukas ones which were 0-2 were no good, the swimming teacher too off tates which are 2yrs plus and put them on luka which seem to keep him up better. I know some people don't believe in swimming aids but although I do dunk the boys under I wouldn't like them to learn to swim without arm bands.
